Cathy Cheng has been working as a physiotherapist specialised in treating pain and injuries for the past three years, following graduation from La Trobe University with a degree of Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Cathy has always had great relationship with her clients. She offers her ears and heart to listen to clients’ needs. Her career goal is not only to help her clients to minimise pain, but also to promote long term health.

Cathy has extensive experiences in treating a wide range of conditions. She is particularly skilful in treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries from work and from sports, such as neck pain, back pain, sciatica, hip and knee pain, shoulder pain, tennis and golf elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, etc. She also takes care of patients with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, BPPV (a type of vertigo), and those who require heart and lung rehabilitation. Cathy works closely with doctors and specialists to assist people with rehabilitation before and after operations. She has a special interest in women’s health, treating conditions such as pregnancy related pain, post-natal perineal and back pain and incontinence. She has experience in running strength and balance class and Pilates exercise class.
